stayed at Crowne Plaza Bahrain for two nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere and is conveniently located near The Avenues, Bahrain Bay, and King Fahad Causeway, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful decoration arranged in the room for our special occasion, as well as the warm welcome amenities provided upon arrival. Free and easily accessible parking is available on-site, which added to the convenience. The buffet was diverse with a variety of options, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to the reservations agent for her kind support and to Mr. Karim, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality and respectful attitude. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel location is near everything in Manama. The hotel rooms are comfortable and very clean. The restaurant room is very small for the number of guests, there is lack of management of the room at the peak timings and lead to have no place to seat, this needs to be improved. The swimming pool should be improved to the higher standard and there is enough place to do it.

Farid is an excellent Manager who take care of little details and he is a friendly clever person. Hussein and Firas, 2 nice gentlemen who serve you like royal places. The Chief is amazing and he is really an expert. Kamilia is a sweet person and Laxmi did my checkout was amazing. Soniya thank you for asking about my memeber to get me a discount. Crown Palaza Bahrain is really amazing hotel

Everything was great. I Loved the place; quite room and clean ; the reception staff are so friendly and helpful .. I loved that they had an instructions cards for everything ( if need a special below.. If you forgot your personal hygiene item just call so and so ) + they asked me about the time of checkout 12 or 2 ( I appreciate that they asked me instead of asking them).+ great hospitality thank you for the fruits.

The staff at this hotel from the ones that greet you by opening the door if a taxi on arrival through two outstanding employees: Bliss and Gordon provided exceptional, helpful and personable service. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the whole atmosphere if the hotel was one if the staff could not do enough to make one's stay relaxing and enjoyable. Heartily recommended.

It was me and my wifes first time to this amazing hotel, we were welcomed by this strong and charming personality duty manager Mr Abdulla Jassim. With his professionalism we were really impressed and he ensured everything was perfect. He has offered us a welcome drink as a token of a gesture. We will definitely come here.
