Farid is an excellent Manager who take care of little details and he is a friendly clever person. Hussein and Firas, 2 nice gentlemen who serve you like royal places. The size of the hotel and the facilities were great. i also loved the fact its like a mini resort instead of a huge hotel.

Everything was great. I Loved the place; quite room and clean ; the reception staff are so friendly and helpful .. I loved that they had an instructions cards for everything ( if need a special below.. If you forgot your personal hygiene item just call so and so ) + they asked me about the time of checkout 12 or 2 ( I appreciate that they asked me instead of asking them).+ great hospitality thank you for the fruits.

It was me and my wifes first time to this amazing hotel, we were welcomed by this strong and charming personality duty manager Mr Abdulla Jassim. With his professionalism we were really impressed and he ensured everything was perfect. He has offered us a welcome drink as a token of a gesture. We will definitely come here. my stay at this hotel was really good. One of the best hotel experiences. The room was spacious and included all amenities, kettle hair dryer and iron. The breakfast selection was good. The location of the hotel was good and was walking distance from the Avenues so on New year's Eve we were able to walk back to the hotel and avoid all the rush. The hotel was able to accommodate us with our late check out and offered us a reasonable extra charge for it.
